THE CHALLENGE: Financial Institution Services' (FIServices) primary mission is to interpret the seemingly constant federal regulatory changes affecting banks, recommend the best ways fianacial institutions can implement those changes and then offer training and audits to make sure the changes are in compliance with the regulations. As a result FIServices needed a website that would keep client banks up to date on the latest rules and reg changes through direct email newsletter "alerts", downloadable fact sheets and a shopping cart for FIServices products to meet the demanding federal regulatory requirements.
